She also brings 8 years of experience as an office manager in the federal government, where she developed expertise in managing complex, high-stakes environments.

Erin began her career as a data management analyst for the CIA before transitioning to the U.S. State Department as an office manager stationed overseas. There, she supported embassies and consulates worldwide, honing her skills in human resources, logistics, communications, and strategic problem-solving—skills she mastered in high-pressure situations. This diverse background enables her to offer well-rounded, proactive support to clients.

Career highlights include managing the relocation and closure of a high-risk site in a conflict zone, editing and designing nonfiction books, creating custom websites and media, and successfully running an Etsy storefront. Since 2017, Erin has focused on helping consultants and entrepreneurs deliver exceptional results for their clients.

Based in Louisville, Kentucky, Erin is originally from Homer, Alaska. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from Centre College, a Master of Arts in English Literature from Tulane University, and a Master of Library and Information Science from The University of Maryland, College Park. Outside of work, Erin enjoys hiking, camping, traveling, and spending quality time with her family.
